By accessing or using the Services, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Products & Health Disclaimer

The products sold through the Services are food supplements / nutraceuticals as defined under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (“FSSA”) and the Food Safety and Standards (Health Supplements, Nutraceuticals, Food for Special Dietary Use, Food for Special Medical Purpose, Functional Food and Novel Food) Regulations, 2016.

Our products are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information provided on the Website is for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a pre-existing medical condition.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices applicable at the time of order placement shall apply.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or violation of these Terms. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation communication.

Payment must be made through the payment methods available on the Website. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We use third-party payment processors and are not responsible for any errors, failures, or security breaches on their part.

5. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Certain products may be offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected (e.g., monthly, every 28 days) until you cancel. Subscription pricing may change with at least 7 days’ prior notice before the next billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@ritualpop.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated delivery timelines. However, delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for any delays caused by courier services, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of consumable health products, we accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, product names (“ritualpop,” “folipop,” “groundpop”), images, designs, software, and compilations — is the exclusive property of tthreebnd nutrition llp or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable intellectual property laws of India.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Website without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of these Terms and applicable law.

9. User Content & Conduct

If you submit any content to the Website (including reviews, testimonials, or feedback), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media for any purpose, including marketing and promotional activities.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the event. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be in India. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Subject to the above, the courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations arising out of or caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, supply chain disruptions, internet or telecommunications failures, or any other force majeure event.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
